Be Where Your Feet Are
Hellllooo, my friend! Welcome to Homegrown Healing— your home away from home. Just as it has remained for the community, friends & family, over the last 70 years. You see— Homegrown Healing isn’t just a cute name (but c’mon, it totally is), H.H is a legacy. One that travels through time and space, reaching back to my great grandpa. I am blessed to be able to contribute to the work of him and his daughter, my grandma, Betty. The work that they did, from township supervisor to personal care home owner, was always in service to others. & those helping hands are what formed the foundation of my practice and sewed in the seeds of the intention to “love thy neighbor”, that inspires my work. SO- just how does this translate to our time together? Well! as any good friend would, I have your best interest in mind. & when we begin working together, I don’t look at just the symptoms you present with, we dig deeper into the root cause… something that’s unfortunately, overlooked in today’s world. Massage therapy to tend to your experiences of chronic pain. Reiki to tend to your process of letting go. Somatic practices to tend to the integration of this newfound freedom and awareness. When we get curious about our roots, we can empower ourselves to rise! In the garden of life, we must realize only through the darkness can we reach the light. If you are ready to dig deep and release, root to rise, and feel back in touch with the beauty of life, I am looking forward to working with you. Thanks for stopping by, sweet friend. Take good care.

The Solstice Calls for Surrendering
“New Year, New Me” or are you still going to skim on the surface level of who you are? Surrender to the call for light and allow yourself to reflect on the year you are leaving behind, and invite in hope for the year ahead.
New Year, New Me… but for real
Stop making new years resolutions and start evaluating where you are now, & then begin by exploring small changes that feel good. Progress is Progress.
